UFC's 'Greatest fighter of all-time' poll includes McGregor, but not Demetrious Johnson>>>

SPORT DADDY NEWS UFC

The UFC is letting the fans help choose who the greatest fighter of all-time is, and while he's been touted by Joe Rogan as the greatest ever, Demetrious Johnson isn't one of the voting options.

We're just a couple of months away from the big UFC 200pay-per-view, and to celebrate the historic event, the UFC is asking fans to help them determine the greatest fighters of all-time. Earlier this week, they put out a poll for fans to choose the #1 greatest fighter ever, with the first of a six-part countdown series beginning on May 29th. Here are the options that they've listed on their website: (Screenshot for proof)
Notice who's missing? Current #2 pound-for-pound fighter in the world,Demetrious Johnson. UFC analyst Joe Rogan said as recently as last month that Mighty Mouse was not only the best fighter in the world today, but the best one of all-time. Joe Rogan says a lot of things, but Johnson is one of the most dominant champions in UFC history and was an elite bantamweight prior to the flyweight drop. I personally wouldn't consider him (yet) as the greatest of all-time, but surely he should've been an option.
Anyway, here's the polling criteria they've instituted:
"As you make your decision, please note that any fighter who has competed inside the Octagon from UFC 1 up until UFC 200 is eligible for consideration, and fighters are being judged on their entire body of work in mixed martial arts. Contributing factors in the decision will include: championship reigns, win-loss record, caliber of opponent, era in which they competed, athletic innovation and historic relevance."
So if you feel that Mighty Mouse has been slighted, get to voting him in the "other" box because you only have a few days left to vote.
