China's Shanshan Feng retained her Buick Championship title after victory at the first play-off hole in Shanghai.
Feng and South Korea's Na Yeon Choi had led since day two and both carded rounds of 67 on the final day to finish six ahead of the field at 14 under.
The 26-year-old won her sixth Ladies European Tour title with a birdie at the first extra hole, as Choi bogeyed.
Becky Morgan of Wales was fourth and England's Georgia Hall equalled her Tour career-best with a share of fifth.
Germany-born English player Florentyna Parker was three shots off the lead heading into the final day but had to settle for a share of eighth place after a mixed 76, which included three birdies, two double-bogeys and three bogeys.
Melissa Reid also finished on two under par in testing conditions at the Shanghai Qizhong Garden Golf Club.
Choi led for most of the round until she bogeyed the 18th in regulation play and then again in the play-off.
Her first putt travelled way past the hole and she missed the return, before world number 10 Feng made her birdie attempt from around 10 feet.
