Acelebratory mood around King Power Stadium carried over to the pitch on Saturday, as Leicester City defeated Everton 3-1.
The Foxes clinched the title last Monday after Tottenham were held by Chelsea, and the match against the Toffees was the first occasion for Claudio Ranieri and his men to celebrate in front of their home fans.
Despite several days of festivities, including a performance by Andrea Bocelli prior to Saturday's match, Leicester didn't look sluggish on the field, recording another impressive result in what has been a remarkable campaign.
Jamie Vardy was the star man, coming back from his recent suspension to open the scoring after five minutes. After Andy King doubled the advantage, the English striker netted his 24th of the campaign from the penalty spot. The goal puts him level with Gary Linekar for goals in a single campaign for the Foxes.
Although Kevin Miralles netted a late consolation for Everton, it wasn't enough to dampen spirits at the King Power Stadium.
